Summer Indoor – Varsity Prep

Varsity Prep will push players to their fullest potential. These clinics are designed to help you prepare for your upcoming high school season—whether you’re aiming for a state playoff or a state championship. Join us for intense, high-energy training, where you’ll sharpen your skills, boost your conditioning, and get in top shape for the competition!

Location: Mary Help of Christians Academy (Indoor)

Ready to take your game to the next level? Both Varsity Prep and Varsity Boot Camp are designed for high school girls with:

• 3+ years of competitive volleyball experience
• and/or those who are preparing to compete for a spot on their varsity team.

Duration: 2 hours

In this focused 2-hour clinic, you’ll refine your skills, get competitive, and build the endurance needed to compete at a state playoff level.

Cost: $165

What to Expect:

• High-Level Skill Drills: Hone your volleyball fundamentals to be quicker, sharper, and more effective on the court.
• Competitive Gameplay: Compete alongside the best players to elevate your in-game decision-making and overall performance.
• Conditioning Drills: Improve agility, speed, and endurance to keep you at the top of your game throughout the season.

Summer Indoor – Beginners Only! Boys And Girls Grades 5 – 8

Looking for the perfect introduction to volleyball? Our Beginner Volleyball Clinic is designed for players going into grades 5-8 who are new to the sport and eager to develop their skills in a fun, supportive environment. This four-day clinic will focus on fundamental techniques, teamwork, and game understanding, helping players build confidence and prepare for future play.

What to Expect:

• Instruction from experienced coaches covering passing, setting, serving, hitting, and rotations
• Engaging drills and activities designed to reinforce skills in a structured yet exciting way
• A welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork, communication, and growth

Clinic Details:

• Location: Mary Help of Christians Academy (indoor), Sacred Heart Hall
• Dates: August 11 – 14
• Time: 7:30pm – 9pm
• Cost: $110 per player
• Who Can Join: Boys And Girls that are going into grades 5 – 8 with little to no prior volleyball experience
• What to Bring: Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers; knee pads are optional but highly recommended

Additional Information:

• Volleyballs and all necessary equipment will be provided
• Parents and spectators are welcome to watch
• Space is limited, so register today to secure a spot
