Welcome to the NJVBC Beginner Clinic for Ages 9–12 in Clifton!
This session is designed for young athletes who are brand new to volleyball or still developing the fundamentals. No tryouts are required — everyone is welcome.
What this session is about
This 90-minute weekly practice focuses on:

Basic passing and serving

Footwork and movement patterns

Learning proper technique from certified NJVBC coaches

Building confidence, coordination, and game awareness

Introducing simple game play in a positive environment
Players will be grouped by ability so everyone is challenged appropriately.
What to bring

Athletic sneakers

Comfortable gym clothes

A water bottle

Kneepads (recommended but not required)
Balls and all training equipment are provided.
Check-in process
Please arrive 10 minutes early for warm-ups and attendance check.
Parents may stay and observe quietly from the designated viewing area.
